Misyar (المسيار‎) is a Muslim Nikah (marriage) carried out via the normal contractual procedure, with the specificity that the husband and wife give up several rights by their own free will, such as living together, equal division of nights between wives in cases of polygamy, the wife's rights to housing, and maintenance money ("nafaqa"), and the husband's right of homekeeping, and access etc.

wealthy Arab men sometimes enter into a Misyar marriage while on vacation, in order to have sexual relations with another woman without committing the sin of zina. They usually divorce the women once their holiday is over. However, that if this is understood by both parties at the time of conclusion of the marriage contract (and this is usually the case), this would constitute a fixed time period, effectively making such a marriage invalid in Sunni law, and more akin to the Nikah Mut'ah.

Many of the men involved would not marry a second wife within the regime of normal Islamic polygamy, because of the heavy financial burdens, moral obligations & responsibilities it places on the husband. But, they opt for the option of misyar marriage when the theologians declare it licit. Essentially the couple continue to live separately from each other, as before their contract, and see each other to fulfil their needs in a permissible (halaal) manner when they please.

Misyar marriage fits within the general rules of marriage in Sunni law, on condition merely that it fulfil all the requirements of the Shariah marriage contract i.e.:

• The agreement of both parties;
• Two legal witnesses (Shahidain)
• The payment by the husband to his wife of Mahr in the amount that is agreed
• The absence of a fixed time period for the contract
• Shuroot, Any particular stipulations which the two parties agree to include in the contract and which are in conformity with Muslim marriage law.

there is much similarity between Mut'ah and Misyar. Both require all the conditions applicable to Nikah with an exception of fixed date of expiry in Mut'ah. Today, in a large number of Muslim countries, there are official family and marriage law codes whose provisions wouldn't allow the conclusion of a marriage of the misyar type. However, in a number of Gulf States essentially, misyar marriage is accepted by the community and is usually arranged privately through a notary with no publicity.

It is forbidden to have a hair cut during Hajj or to wear sewn clothes. Pilgrims should offer Fidya (redemption) if he has to wear sewn clothes or have to shave his head due to illness or lice.

Hunting is forbidden during the pilgrimage days. If the pilgrim hunts during these days then he has to offer the sacrifice of one animal. If he has hunted deer then a lamb should be sacrificed and of ostrich is hunted then camel should be sacrificed. If one cannot offer a sacrifice the he should feed six poor people and if that is not possible the he should fast for three days. Allah says in the Holy Quran:

“O ye who believe! Kill not game while you are in a state of pilgrimage. And whoso amongst you kills it intentionally, its compensation is a quadruped like unto that which he has killed, as determined by two just men from among you, the dame to be brought as an offering to the Ka’ba; or as an expiation he shall have to feed a number of poor persons, or fast an equivalent number of days, so that he may taste the penalty of his deed. As for the past, Allah forgives it; but whoso reverts to it, Allah will punish him for his offense. And Allah is Mighty, Lord of retribution.

The game of the sea and the eating thereof have been made lawful for you as a provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is the game of land as long as you are in a state of pilgrimage. And fear Allah to Whom you shall be gathered.

Allah has made the Ka’ba the inviolable House as a mean of support and uplift of mankind, as also the Sacred Month and the offerings and the animals with collars. That is so that you may know that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and that Allah knows all things well.

Know that Allah is sever in punishment and that Allah is also Most Forgiving, Merciful.” (5:95-98)

If the pilgrim has sexual intercourse with his/her spouse before the first Tawaaf the Hajj will become invalid or unlawful. He/she should continue to perform all the duties of the pilgrimage but he/she has to perform pilgrimage again the next year. Moreover he/she has to sacrifice a camel at Mina to atone the violation.

Shawwal, the tenth month in the Hijri calendar and the Javanese calendar. On the 1st of Shawwal, Muslims celebrate the feast of Eid al-Fitr in celebration after undergoing fasting in the month of Ramadan. Shawwal according to root mean ride, light, or bring (contain). Formerly, when the Hijri months are 'adjusted' to the season (the practice of intercalation), the temperature increases because it is on the summer as well as Ramadan. Therefore, the Arabs also have confidence that this month 'not good' and see the wedding in the month of Shawwal will end bad luck. This belief is removed by Islam with Prophet Muhammad wedding events in that month.

Memorial Day Prophet Muhammad was first held by the Sultan Salahudin al Ayyubi when facing a team crosses. Memorial was created the means to whip up morale and sacrifice, to save the Muslims. and finally, Salahuddin al Ayyubi successfully led the Muslim army into Jerusalem.

Allah Said in the Quran :

"Then the people who believed in him (Muhammad) honor him, help him and follow the light which revealed to him (Al-Quran) those that are lucky." Al-Araf: 157

Maulud Prophet greeted every 12 Rabiul Awal where special remembrance will be held in the mosques. Massive procession accompanied by men, women, and children will be held at the airport and the village, singing songs praising the Prophet Muhammad will also be held for this noble Bithday day.

There are two opinions about Celebrating the Memorial Day of the Prophet, namely the first opinion to do it is one of the recommended actions for Muslims. The second opinion also states welcome the day of Maulud is a heretic because he had never done during the time of Rasullullah and his companions.

Privileged 10 Muharam that explained in the hadith of Abu Hurairah ra, that Allah SWT. requires that the Israelites had fasted a day in one year, ie on the day of Ashura. Hence the Prophet Muhammad and his followers advocate pave family on that day. Because the people who paved his family on that day his provision will be facilitated by God throughout the year. Prophet also said: "The day of Ashura is a day of fasting for the people of Quraish in the time of ignorance. thus fasting on Ashura day, is Sunnah.
